The bathroom has a modern shower, offering a comfortable and elegant space for relaxation and refreshment, while we have an equipped kitchen so that you can prepare your meals with ease and comfort.

In our settlement, there are free parking spaces opposite the Villa, which are available for our guests to park their cars. The parking is free and designed so as not to disturb the passage of the other residents of the settlement. This ensures your comfortable and pleasant stay, without any stress about where to leave your car during your vacation.
