On the ground floor, guests will find the living room with a Smart Full HD TV and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, ideal for moments of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator and an oven to prepare meals in the comfortable environment of the villa. On the terrace there is a private pool creating the ideal spot to enjoy your coffee and relax. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower and toiletries for your immediate convenience.
Upstairs, you will find two beautiful bedrooms with king-size beds for a comfortable night's sleep, each with its own bathroom featuring a hydromassage for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, slippers, a hairdryer and bathrobes are included for your complete comfort.

Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or upon agreement in cash upon arrival.

- Professional photography and videography are permitted.

Upon arrival at the complex, go up and go to the Villa where you have booked. In the electronic lock that you will see above the door, enter the code that you will receive immediately after verifying your details. Upon entering, you will find a card in the office with which you gain access to everything inside the Villa.
Free parking is available outside the complex, offering comfort and ease of access by car.
The villa is located in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Agia Paraskevi, with amazing mountain views, ideal for those seeking tranquility but close access to the heart of Halkidiki. Within a short distance, you will find some of the best beach bars in the area, where you can enjoy the sea and the summer vibe from morning until late at night. The village square offers food and drink options, with local flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
It is also worth visiting the famous thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi, which offer unique moments of wellness and relaxation in a natural landscape of absolute tranquility.
