The main sleeping areas feature a king-size bed with an anatomical mattress for optimal comfort, as well as a dressing room, offering storage space for your personal belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to prepare meals. In addition, there is a separate work area, ideal for covering all your professional needs, supported by fast internet for seamless connectivity.

Accommodation Policy
Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or after agreement in cash upon arrival.
Room Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Professional photography and videography are permitted.
- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrival time: After 3:00 p.m.
- Departure time: 11:00 a.m.

According to Greek Law, we need:

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few meters from the sea, where guests can feel comfortable, knowing that they can park their car freely wherever they find an available space in the area.
