Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or upon agreement in cash upon arrival.
Room Policy

- Professional photography and videography are permitted.
- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrival time: After 3:00 p.m.

Upon arriving at the building, go up to the second floor. There you will find the apartment of your choice, into whose locker you will enter the code that we will send you after confirming your details.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, 200 meters away from the sea. Guests can enjoy their stay in complete comfort, knowing that there is free parking in any available space in the area.
