The apartment has two beautifully decorated bedrooms:

- The second bedroom includes a single bed, ideal for families or friends who wish to share a comfortable space with their loved ones.
The bathroom is modern and fully equipped, with a spacious shower, washing machine and thoughtful hospitality products, ideal for moments of relaxation after a busy day.
The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing, which can accommodate a guest as an extra bed. For your entertainment, a 55” full HD TV with access to Netflix is offered, while the fast 100 Mbps internet in combination with the dedicated workspace we offer, ensures a flawless connection for work.

Accommodation Policy
Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or upon agreement in cash upon arrival.
Room Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Professional photography and videography are permitted.
- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrival time: After 3:00 p.m.
- Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
Additional Rules
According to Greek Law, we need:
- Tax ID for Greek citizens
- Identity card for citizens of European Union countries outside Greece

Upon arriving at the building, go up to the first floor. There you will find the apartment of your choice, into whose locker you will enter the code that we will send you after confirming your details.
The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few meters from the sea, where guests can feel comfortable, knowing that they can park their car freely wherever they find an available space in the area.
