Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or upon agreement in cash upon arrival.
Room Policy

- Professional photography and videography are permitted.
- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrival time: After 3:00 p.m.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a few meters from the sea. Guests can enjoy their stay, knowing that there is free parking in any available space in the area.
