The second level includes our spacious living room which offers comfortable spaces for relaxation and entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals while enjoying them in our spacious dining room, while the spacious terrace offers a unique view that will take your breath away every time you enjoy it.

Payment Policy
- Deposit 30% of the total amount which is non-refundable. The balance of the value must be paid 5 days before arrival or upon agreement in cash upon arrival.
Room Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Professional photography and videography are permitted.
- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrival time: After 3:00 p.m.
- Departure time: 11:00 a.m.

According to Greek Law, we need:

As you cross the village and reach the settlement, you will see a beautiful wooden door just like in the photos. Once you pass through the wooden door, you will enter the beautiful garden of the maisonette, where you will be greeted by a sense of peace and natural beauty. From there, you can follow the path to the entrance of the maisonette, where an enjoyable holiday experience awaits you.
In our settlement, there are free parking spaces next to the maisonette, which are available for our guests to park their cars. The parking is free and designed so as not to disturb the passage of the other residents of the settlement. This ensures your comfortable and pleasant stay, without any stress about where to leave your car during your vacation.
